Data Retention When you book a reservation, data about your reservation is stored for auditing purposes until it is determined that it is no longer needed unless and until you ask us to delete information. This information includes but is not limited to the pickup address, drop-off address, pickup time, name, and phone number. Minors: The Site is not intended for individuals under 18. We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

  1. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA


    1. A. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties other than as disclosed within this privacy policy. Although we currently do not have a parent company, we may. We may share some or all of your Personal Data with our parent company (if we have one in the future), any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (collectively, “Affiliates”), in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

    2. B. Co-branded Service Offerings. We may enter into agreements with certain businesses (each a “Partner Company”) under which we provide the Partner Company with a URL and a customer registration page co-branded with, or privately labeled by, the Partner Company, and the Partner Company distributes and promotes the URL to its customers. A Partner Company may want access to Personal Data that we collect from its customers. As a result, if you register on a website through a Partner Company, we may provide your Data to the Partner Company. Because we do not control the privacy practices of our Partner Companies, you should read and understand their privacy policies

We reserve the right to offer services and products from third-party vendors (“Third Party Vendors”) to you on the Site, such as via newsletters or special offers, based on the preferences you identify during the registration process and your subsequent preferences. We may share Aggregated Data about our user base with these Third Party Vendors; this information does not identify individual users. We do not link Aggregated Data with Personal Data.

    4. D. Third Party Contractors. We may share your Data with third-party contractors or service providers (“Third Party Contractors”) to provide you with the services we offer you through our Site to conduct quality assurance testing, provide technical support, process payments, or provide specific services by your instructions. These Third Party Contractors are required not to use your Data other than to provide the services requested by us. You expressly consent to share your Personal Data with our Third Party Contractors to provide the Offerings to you.

Due to the existing legal regulatory and security environment, we cannot fully ensure that your private communications and other Personal Data will not be disclosed to third parties under certain circumstances.     6. a. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
  2. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY


    We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Site or associated services. Suppose we make any material changes to the Privacy Policy. In that case, we will notify existing users by including a notice of these changes in the newsletter we send to our users and by prominently posting notice of the changes on our Site. The amended terms shall automatically be practical for existing users on the earlier thirty (30) calendar days after they are initially posted on our Site or thirty (30) calendar days following the dispatch of our newsletter containing notice of the changes.
